Rent space

Are you active in a foundation or community organisation and looking for a nice place to meet? At Hanzeborg, you can rent one of our rooms; suitable for both small and larger groups. Whether you are organising a meeting, workshop or activity, there is always a suitable room available.

Please note that space rental is not intended for private parties or commercial purposes. We focus on initiatives that contribute to the neighbourhood and society.

Booking is easy: fill in the request form and our colleagues from the reservations department will contact you. In a hurry? We can often arrange something for you within 48 hours - even in cases of high urgency.

What else you need to know:

• You pay quarterly and in arrears.
• Coffee, tea and tap water are included.
• Our administrators welcome you and are happy to think with you.
• We accept bookings from half an hour after opening time until half an hour before closing time.
