Make sure you take some time for yourself too

Do you look after a loved one?

Do you look after a partner, parent, child or other loved one? Informal care can sometimes be very demanding.

During our support group meetings, you’ll meet other informal carers who understand what you’re going through. You can share experiences, get advice or simply listen. Often, it’s a relief just to realise that you’re not on your own.

Whether you’ve been an informal carer for years or have only recently started this role, you’re very welcome. Take a little time for yourself, in between all the caring.
