No transport? No problem!

Don't have your own transport and want to get around within Lelystad? The Opstap is there especially for residents aged 55 or older. We drive a comfortable minibus, which is also suitable for passengers with a walker or wheelchair

The Opstap is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. We transport passengers from Lelystad to any destination in the city.

Costs The Step

A strippenkaart for 10 trips costs €17, which can be purchased at the following community centres:

Hanzeborg, Koningsbergenstraat 201
Zuiderzee, Waddenlaan 1
De Waterbever, Voorstraat 313
De Dukdalf, Punter 35-27
And, of course, with the driver on the bus

It is possible to pay in cash and via a QR code on the bus. A single ride costs €2.00 and a return is €4.00.

Free vouchers for De Opstap

Lelystad municipality has facilitated free transport from De opstap. Through vouchers, residents with a minimum income and without their own transport can travel for free with De Opstapap within Lelystad.

The vouchers can be applied for from the coordinator of De Opstap and the IDO foundation.

Preferably book your ride at least two days in advance so that we can arrange everything. Can't make your desired time? Then we will look for an alternative together.
