Informal carers supporting one another

Do you look after a partner, parent, child or other loved one? If so, you’ll know that informal care can sometimes be very demanding.

It can be nice to meet people who understand you without you having to say much. During our support group meetings, you’ll meet other carers, share experiences and hear how others cope with similar situations.

• 1 December - 13:00 to 15:00
